During Surgery Hours
If you ask us for an appointment, we will try to offer you one as soon as possible at a convenient time. You can make an appointment by phoning 01925 822484.
You can express a preference as to which dentist you would like to see at the practice, but please note that this will depend on the appointments available.
Please note we are unable to carry out routine treatment or examinations on those patients with a cold sore present on the day of the appointment.
If you are unable to keep your appointment please let us know as soon as possible so that we can give the appointment to someone else. Missed appointments waste NHS time. If you miss 2 appointments and give less than 24 hours notice, we may not be able to complete your treatment or offer you NHS care in the future.
Emergencies / Urgent treatment
Urgent treatment means treatment that the dentist considers necessary to relieve severe pain (eg. toothache or dental abscess) or prevent your oral condition deteriorating before you can make a normal appointment.
We offer a small number of appointments during practice opening hours for patients who need urgent treatment, but do not have an appointment. If you think you need urgent treatment you can contact us by phone on 01925 822484

Mon – Wed: 8.30am – 5.30pm | Thu: 8.30am – 6.00pm | Fri: 8.00am – 4.00pm
Please note reception are not available to telephone for the last 30 minutes of each day. Not all treatments are available at all times.

Reminders and recalls
At the end of your course of treatment, your dentist will discuss with you when you will need to see a dentist again. NHS dentists now follow guidelines issued by the National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE). This means you will attend as often as is needed to keep your teeth and gums healthy and may no longer need a check-up every six months.
In agreement with Warrington PCT we are currently offering those aged 3-16 years an appointment for fluoride paste application every 4 months.
We will send a reminder e-mail or text (depending on your preference) when your check up appointment is due. Occasionally reminders go astray, if you do not receive one when expected please do contact the surgery to check when you are due.
