A study at Aberdeen University has found alcohol, smoking and bad diet to blame for 9 in 10 oral cancers. It has also found that
“oral cancers have doubled among Scots men in their 40s in the last 20 years, smoking rates have fallen, suggesting alcohol is as much to blame as tobacco”.
